Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil Review

I was given the opportunity to review Tropical Traditions - Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil. There are so many uses for coconut oil I cannot even begin to list the uses for it but I'll try! There is using it for baking, frying, salad dressings, dips, soups, make your own mayonnaise or ketchup and gluten and dairy free recipes. Now when I say baking I mean anything you would normally use vegetable oil in substitute it with coconut oil.
I was given two 16 ounce jars to review and honestly I haven't used them in baking yet but I plan on it. I have used it on my hands as a moisturizer and I LOVE IT! I also use it on my hair after straightening for the flyaways and I also plan on using as a leave in conditioner. I read there are so many beauty benefits to using the coconut oil that I am excited to keep coming up with new ways to use it! Oh and it smells so wonderful too!
I am not a doctor so I cannot tell you about the health benefits, but I highly suggest you look into the benefits for yourself. I do plan on taking the coconut oil for my own health reasons and may post about it later on another post. Here is a short video on the greatness of Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil!

Let me know what you think about using Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil, would you use it? If so, how?
