Another week, another pound and a half gone. I know it doesn't seem like much but let me explain. There are some medications that I take and took in the past that have played their part in my weight gain. So I know it's going to take some time to get my metabolism booted back up. Slow and steady wins the race right?
So as another week approaches I look forward to pushing myself more and getting closer to my goal of losing as much as possible. I don't like to give myself an exact number, I am the type that will be so mad at myself if I don't reach that certain number so I am thinking more like every pound counts.
