Xtrema Ceramic Skillet & FridgeX Food Storage Set Review

If you're like me I am constantly looking for the lids to my plastic containers, it drives me crazy. Xtrema Ceramic Cookware came out with a great solution, seriously one of the best I cannot stress this enough, you will LOVE their 16 piece Silicone FridgeX Food Storage Set. You can literally bake in these dishes and then put the lid on then put the leftovers in the refrigerator! You can also bake, freeze and then bake again. They can handle up to 430° in the oven. And when they are not in use they collapse and you keep the lid with them.

I was given the 6.5" Xtrema Ceramic Skillet as well and I am in love with this pan. It's nonstick and lightweight, it weighs a pound and a half so it's easy to handle. I was asked to use the pan and share with you all my experience. So here's what I decided to make.
Egg/Ham/Cheese Bagelwich

1 Bagel
1 or 2 Eggs
1 Slice of Ham (lunch meat type)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
butter or mayonnaise
Anything else you'd like to add

So I put the Xtrema Ceramic Skillet on the stove and turn it up to medium/medium high. The I took a slice of low sodium Ham, it was the lunch meat kind, and chopped it into pieces. Then to make it a little more flavorful I used the Mexican blend cheese, you can use any type of shredded cheese. Then I took an egg scrambled it (I should have used 2), added garlic salt and ground pepper. Right before I cooked the egg/ham/cheese, I put the bagel in the toaster on a low setting. First I added the egg started to cook it, then added pieces of ham and the cheese blend. I like mine cook very well but this can be done to your own liking. I shaped the egg/ham/cheese into an patty. Then I added butter to the bagel put the egg/ham/cheese patty on, add some more cheese to melt on top of the patty and then enjoyed it! For more flavor you can use mayonnaise instead of butter, and you can also add onion, peppers or spinach to your egg/ham/cheese patty.
